(OOC: Just before you read this, I have dyspraxia, and so I enlisted the help of Josée, who you all know to beta-read this and check my spelling. She’s a close friend of mine and will be beta-reading all my posts before they appear on the site. Also, I’ve only recently began to read the books, so she’s going to be pointing out all my plot holes and omissions I need to make before they appear by accident )

He always has pristine neat clothes that always look like they have been just washed and seem to resemble that of Professor Lupin who he obviously likes and can bring in to any conversation and always shows great admiration for. He also wears a band on his left upper arm (notably his wand hand) that holds the symbol of some sorts that looks like a family crest. Hogwarts Specific: [/u]
House: Hufflepuff
Wand: Oak and Dragon Heartstring, 10 inches
Pet: Cat (brad)
Personality: (200 words min) [/u]
Steven Rinehart is by standards a normal student; by Hogwarts standards he is loyal and will always put others first. He is a hard working student and has been known to stand up for other pupils, even to the teachers, which has left him in detention many a time after classes. He is not very good at most lessons, which has left him with a nervous look in his eyes around lessons…that is except for Defence Against the Dark Arts. In this, he is close to the top of the class; and this also makes it no surprise that he is a big fan of Professor Lupin and almost worships the guy to the point that he can find a way to put him in to almost any conversation much to the annoyance of the other students and teachers in his classes.
His robes always look clean due to a cleaning charm his parents put on them, and on his left arm he has a band on that has the crest of his family. He has a strong hate for the dark arts and is very open about his dream of creating a counter curse and a protection charm against all unforgivable curses, along with his second dream which is to do that while working with Professor Lupin.

Result: ISFP
As an ISFP, your primary mode of living is focused internally, where you deal with things according to how you feel about them, or how they fit into your value system. Your secondary mode is external, where you take things in via your five senses in a literal, concrete fashion.
ISFPs live in the world of sensation possibilities. They are keenly in tune with the way things look, taste, sound, feel and smell. They have a strong aesthetic appreciation for art, and are likely to be artists in some form, because they are unusually gifted at creating and composing things which will strongly affect the senses. They have a strong set of values, which they strive to consistently meet in their lives. They need to feel as if they're living their lives in accordance with what they feel is right, and will rebel against anything which conflicts with that goal. They're likely to choose jobs and careers which allow them the freedom of working towards the realization of their value-oriented personal goals.
ISFPs tend to be quiet and reserved, and difficult to get to know well. They hold back their ideas and opinions except from those who they are closest to. They are likely to be kind, gentle and sensitive in their dealings with others. They are interested in contributing to people's sense of well-being and happiness, and will put a great deal of effort and energy into tasks which they believe in.
ISFPs have a strong affinity for aesthetics and beauty. They're likely to be animal lovers, and to have a true appreciation for the beauties of nature. They're original and independent, and need to have personal space. They value people who take the time to understand the ISFP, and who support the ISFP in pursuing their goals in their own, unique way. People who don't know them well may see their unique way of life as a sign of carefree light-heartedness, but the ISFP actually takes life very seriously, constantly gathering specific information and shifting it through their value systems, in search for clarification and underlying meaning.
ISFPs are action-oriented individuals. They are "doers", and are usually uncomfortable with theorizing concepts and ideas, unless they see a practical application. They learn best in a "hands-on" environment, and consequently may become easily bored with the traditional teaching methods, which emphasize abstract thinking. They do not like impersonal analysis, and are uncomfortable with the idea of making decisions based strictly on logic. Their strong value systems demand that decisions are evaluated against their subjective beliefs, rather than against some objective rules or laws.
ISFPs are extremely perceptive and aware of others. They constantly gather specific information about people, and seek to discover what it means. They are usually penetratingly accurate in their perceptions of others.
ISFPs are warm and sympathetic. They genuinely care about people, and are strongly service-oriented in their desire to please. They have an unusually deep well of caring for those who are close to them, and are likely to show their love through actions, rather than words.
ISFPs have no desire to lead or control others, just as they have no desire to be led or controlled by others. They need space and time alone to evaluate the circumstances of their life against their value system, and are likely to respect other people's needs for the same.
The ISFP is likely to not give themselves enough credit for the things which they do extremely well. Their strong value systems can lead them to be intensely perfectionist, and cause them to judge themselves with unnecessary harshness.
The ISFP has many special gifts for the world, especially in the areas of creating artistic sensation, and selflessly serving others. Life is not likely to be extremely easy for the ISFP, because they take life so seriously, but they have the tools to make their lives and the lives of those close to them richly rewarding experiences.

Family History: (200 word min). [/u]
Steven Rinehart is the son of a Muggle born wizard called Adam Rinehart and a pureblood called Lidya Drelden, from Switzerland. He is overly tall for his age because of an accident with a growth serum in a potions class which he refuses to fix, though this has left him looking very thin and weak - except for his arms which have developed muscle due to his training of quick drawing his wand. In his youth he was trained by a travelling wizard in all areas of magic, though he excelled in Defence Against the Dark Arts. Steven has always worked hard to improve his skills. Upon arriving at Hogwarts, he met one Professor Lupin, of whom he adored. Because he was the Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher made it even better, as he was able to show off to his new hero. Unfortunately, just as he arrived he was sent bad news, as he discovered that his uncle was killed by a Death Eater with the Avada Kedavra curse. After hearing the news, Steven started to disappear after class a lot. He was later found in the restricted section of the library and spending his time researching the unforgivable curses and noticing there were no ways of defeating them. This is what he now intends to do while he studies at Hogwarts. He was found by his hero…and realised that he not only was a good teacher – he handed out punishments too!

Steven sat in the library behind his pile of books, all about the dark arts. As he read one of them, he mumbled and slammed the book shut. Throwing a book, written by a “Gilderoy Lockhart” down angrily, he muttered sullenly, “He’s got no idea what he’s talking about! Professor Lupin would never say that! He’s a proper Professor, Lockhart wouldn’t know what a curse was if it hit him in the face!” Steven looked at his notes - he knew that he was going to have his work cut out, trying to make a protective charm against the unforgivable curses…but he didn’t realise that it would be this much work. “But, at least,” he thought to himself, “it gives me a reason to see Professor Lupin.”
He had worshipped Professor Lupin since he had started at the school and he had been a great help after the loss of his uncle, due to the Death Eaters. He said again, as he looked at all the books. “I need to ask Professor Lupin to get me access to the restricted section of the library,” as the books he had didn’t have the information he needed. “I bet when Professor Lupin and I find a way to protect people from them, we will be so famous!” He grabbed one of his notes as if he had noticed something and then put it down. “If only I had some more help, this might be quicker…but who would help me with this?” He asked himself, and then, without an other word, he put his head back in to his books.
